macascos Posted March 16, 2010 Share #1 Posted March 16, 2010 Hello I was wondering how much weight can the Orion VII buses take? I was reading the new hybrid buses are very fuel efficient. How much does a change in weight affect the fuel efficiency. Im sorry if these questions might be too obvious. thanks in advance.

If you are talking about passenger weight, it's somewhere around 6000lbs, if my memory serves me right.

aemoreira81 Posted March 18, 2010 Share #10 Posted March 18, 2010 6 New Jersey women. Now THAT's a good one. As for the question at hand, the gross vehicle weight rating for an O7 is 42,540 pounds (by comparison, the O5 had a 40,000 pound GVWR). I have no idea what the tare weight is though.
