I have always had a fascination with train transit, especially MTA. I'm hoping that you can share some insight on how business is conducted there and I'll be happy to share anything I have with you. It's been a while since I was out in the field as a TO and a Supervisor, but I still know most of the front line employees (I work in Training). I hope to get to know some of you soon, but believe it or not, work really does get in the way of doing the more interesting things.
