R32 3348 Posted September 21, 2010 Share #2 Posted September 21, 2010 The West End rehab has already begun. Quite a few stations along the line are starting to get their platform strips and the windshield frames installed. 9th Ave. has seen some platform work southbound, and they're working on the yard leads west of the station. INDman Posted September 21, 2010 Share #3 Posted September 21, 2010 they're working on the yard leads west of the station. They finished the south ramp several months ago and are close to being done with the north ramp. They are very nice so far, they use the same noise reducing track equipment as their installing at 4th Av.

Broadway Local Posted September 27, 2010 Share #6 Posted September 27, 2010 Oh well, that's too bad for me because I live near 71st Street Station. I have to take Coney Island bound at 18th Avenue and transfer to again or Northbound at Coney Island Station. And that is IF I need to go somewhere.
