It does improve traffic flow but most mornings and afternoons the West Gate and Monash are Carparks. The Monash much more. It isn't known as the carpark for nothing! They park in bus lanes, they ignore alternate side, and do even get me started on the @$$holes on bikes. No one follows the traffic laws here. This will never work here. Im not even gonig to lie, I dont follow the traffic laws all the time. Sometimes you dont have a choice. People here are in the own little world when it comes to driving.
