Shortline Bus Posted November 25, 2010 Share #2 Posted November 25, 2010 Source: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-pacific-118284981221 May they rest in peace. RIP to the Kiwi Brothers who lost their lives. And prayers to the victim's families. This is sadly a very common conclusion to miners involved in accidents. That is what makes the recent miracle rescue of the Chilean miners even more of a feel good story.
metsfan Posted November 25, 2010 Share #3 Posted November 25, 2010 Very, very tragic. B) I was so shocked when i got the CNN text alert, felt like someone punched me in the chest. Miners are why we have everything we have: metals, salt, minerals, stone... all vital to day to day operation everything from your TV to that plane you see overhead to the roads & bridges you pass over every day. - A
