Donald Posted March 6, 2011 Share #3 Posted March 6, 2011 Interesting. I have the EXACT same map right in front of me. Mine is laminated. I got it from the transit museum gift shop many many years ago.

Grand Concourse Posted March 6, 2011 Share #7 Posted March 6, 2011 That's great you have an 87 map. The oldest I have is a 1990. Yeah, I wished I had an extra copy of a 94 and 98 maps. I drew over both of them
LRG Posted March 6, 2011 Share #8 Posted March 6, 2011 That's great you have an 87 map. The oldest I have is a 1990. Yeah, I wished I had an extra copy of a 94 and 98 maps. I drew over both of them Oldest I have is a 1979 but I found it in my grandmother's attic. I remember at my dad's old job I found some old train and bus timetables from the late 90s but who knows where they are at now.... Does your 98 map have the going to the Bronx? Grand Concourse Posted March 6, 2011 Share #9 Posted March 6, 2011 Don't remember, but it did have the yellow 34th? to 21st-QB. I wished I had another 98 map. It was only after that I got extras of each year.
m7zanr160s Posted March 8, 2011 Share #10 Posted March 8, 2011 How cool is: this map, an <R>, C express, those bus substitutes, for those demolished lines, and so much more...! Cool!
sovetskii52 Posted March 10, 2011 Share #11 Posted March 10, 2011 The oldest map i have is from January, 1999. It includes the train, diamond , yellow S train from 34th Street-Herald Square to 21st Street-Queensbridge, G train along Queens Blvd, orange Q from 57th Street via 6th Avenue to Brighton Beach, D via Brighton, B via West End, brown M to Bay Parkway, and the Franklin Avenue Shuttle closed for reconstruction.
