dishe415 Posted December 3, 2012 Share #1 Posted December 3, 2012 Anyone have the hourly pay rate for NYCT conductors new, 1 year, 2 year, 3 year (Top Pay)?
Metro CSW Posted December 3, 2012 Share #2 Posted December 3, 2012 ]nyuncat: What does a conductor earn?[/b] Starting salaries for conductors are currently about $20/hr, with top pay at $29/hr after 3 years. There is time-and-a-half overtime once you work more than 8 hours a day, and there is LOTS of overtime opportunities for those who want it. Truckie Posted December 22, 2012 Share #10 Posted December 22, 2012 No they didn't. Ever hear of retroactive pay increases? If they get any. We are working three years with out a contract and if the current proposal gets ratified we will only get about 6 months retro. Once you factor in give backs, what you are really getting is less than that.
