Sometimes I can't see the effort the MTA wants to show with the whitebacks on all the Orion 7s (that have whitebacks so far).

I think its either to support the new whiteback NGs that are coming along with the MCIs.....or to promote their cleanliness? I dunno.

I'm guessing they don't want to buy black paint or something. 7579 is like the most active whiteback from JG it seems like. I got a video of it too. Nice shot.

Yup. The MTA wants to save money on black paint by not buying it anymore since white paint cost less.

I've known that since like February when people started realizing the MTA isn't putting in for black paint anymore.....
