What is causing this whine?

#7629 (Sarah's Video) hard to hear unless volume is UP!

 

What is causing this destinct whine? Only about 3 VII CNGs make this whine (7756 used to, 7629, 7792, and 7793).

Either weird drive system or a wonky belt.

It does sound familiar to a bus I've been on in the past and it had something to do with the belt....

Check the first video and listen to it as it takes off. Second video when it's shifting you can hear it the loudest.

Belts when worn or damaged will make that horrid screeching sound. That sound I hear, sounds like the exhaust pipe, and backfeed sound off of it from the engine and or tranny. Maybe the exhaust is new, or loose......

Here is the interior, pretty wierd sound. It was slow because of a steep uphill though...I think you might be right.
