realizm Posted July 16, 2014 Share #1 Posted July 16, 2014 Finally found some time to do some photography. Bit rusty but this is what I got. In advance apologies, but I had problems with my photobucket account. I've opened up a new one temporarily. Shortly I will dump as much as I can in the photo gallery and do throwbacks as I continue to get back in motion with railfanning. Will create a Flikr account with a full album (have a backup) which will be linked to my facebook page, doing it asap. Thanks for viewing! ~realizm aka mqones

realizm Posted July 17, 2014 Author Share #13 Posted July 17, 2014 Yeah that storm was something else, once the rain started coming down it railed nonstop like a monsoon for the rest of the day into the night. Yeah apparently what Track Division did as part of the emergency GOs post derailment is rebuild the roadbeds using plastic epoxy ties and welded continuous rails, hence the interesting sound that comes with an express run on the QBL. Realizing this (Haven't been on the QBL for a month) I took the video. Many thanks fellas!
