Well of the changes of triboro coach to the routes today which are the Q18,19,19A ,19B, 23, 29, 33, 38, 39, 45, 47, 53, 72, plus the handful QM prefix express buses here's the changes

 

* q18 intact from Astoria to Maspeth

*Q19 extended toward Flushing from E. Elmhurst circa. 2008

* the Q19A remembered Q69 (Second series after the first series was used by queens surface as a free link bus to the ferry at LIC)

* q19b remembered. The q49 same trajectory

* q23 intact EastElmhurst- Forest hills housing

* q29 intact Jackson Hts-Glendale

* q33 intact until it was spilt in two September 2013 now terminates at E. Elmhurst 94st/Ditmars which was the terminal of the q72 prior to extension to LGA circa 2008 (q70 serves the other half beyond the former q72 northern terminal going to LGA at all terminals minus Marine Air additionally it heads to Woodside limited to serve LIRR)

*Q38 intact Corona-Forest Hills via Middle Village and Queens Centre

*Q39 intact L.I.City-Ridgewood possibly minor changes at the queens plaza orientations

* q45 merge with the q47 to become super q47...prior to this merge Q45 went from Jackson Hts to Glendale (terminal at grand ave before extension to Atlas Mall) ...the Q47 went from Jackson Hts to LGA Marine Air via its current route north of Jackson hts terminal. ..south of the terminal the q47 goes via the old q45 route

* q53 intact between Woodside and Rockaway Park...minor changes was the cutoff of going via Broadway on its trips towards Woodside. ..now it detours 65 ave...also the Rego Park extension was cutoff as well and now goes down all Woodhaven Blvd as a limited bus. ..not to mention that this route went non-stop from Rego Park all the way to Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge which is a stop north of Broad Channel village skipping nowadays mayor intersections at woodhaven blvd as well as 157 ave and 163 ave in lindenwood. ..route is to become a SBS if funds are encountered becoming the second queens bus to be a SBS...so before takeover at this day commence limited stops on this route and the non-stop from rego park to broad channel was no more after this day 10 years ago...additionally the MTA created the q52 which is a clone bus from the q53 to relieve congestion on woodhaven blvd LTD buses running but this route only advances to Elmhurst Queens Center mall and its southern Terminus is at Arverne beach 67 street. ..route is contiguous with the q53 from Elmhurst to Broad Channel. ..after the toll plaza these two routes diverge

* q72 intact between East Elmhurst to Rego Park. ..only changes was the permanent extension to LGA after MTA takeover. ..q33 nowadays terminates at its original terminal

 

Not familiar with the express buses since when the premium buses came into the maps they were MTA bus but i can assure the qm16 being one

QM16 was part of Green Line, along with the QM15, QM17, and QM18. Triboro Coach express were the QM10, QM11, QM12, QM24, and QM24W.

 

The QM10 and QM12 had midday service eliminated piece by piece, and rush hour service cut as well. The QM11 has had minor changes. The QM24 was rerouted off of 8 Avenue to serve 6 Avenue, and several trips were eliminated/combined after MTA takeover. The QM24W was the Wall Street service, which then just became part of the QM24, and once again has it's own notation (QM25).

* q45 merge with the q47 to become super q47...prior to this merge Q45 went from Jackson Hts to Glendale (terminal at grand ave before extension to Atlas Mall) ...the Q47 went from Jackson Hts to LGA Marine Air via its current route north of Jackson hts terminal. ..south of the terminal the q47 goes via the old q45 route Caldwell Av was its terminus until 2008 when it was extended further south to Atlas Park

Thanks for the corrections bud

 

I forgot that the q39 wasn't 24/7 since this route was a variant of the q67

 

It is true the q19 was the ONLY triboro coach bus to connect to Long Island Bus (today's NICE)

It got extended to Flushing in 2007 so then it was able to connect with the N20 and N21 before that you had to transfer to the Q48.
