    There was a cable overheating between 104 St and 108 St. It was overheating that bad that somehow it ended up touching the el, causing massive sparks and a major smoke condition...the entire block between 103 St and 108 St was surrounded by FDNY trucks and police cars..

    The hell is up with LaGuardia lately..are that many buses OOS to the point the 7 V CNG's just don't suffice?

    Looks like it's vendor-bound considering it's on the Long Island-bound side of the Van Wyck expressway..

    According to ciboii22 in an earlier post the 6000's at JG are still not in service.

    After the operator finishes their last run after 8PM, they deadhead straight to CP to refuel, and in the next morning, they pick up the buses. They only park the buses at LGA between the AM and PM rush, and just before the AM rush..

    Cait Sith mentioned it was set in stone that LGA isn't getting new buses anymore after the troubles with their batch of NG's when they first arrived.
