at least 10 the 20 Orion V CNG's at CP are reserved for the A Shuttle. CP is still loaning many of their Orion V CNG's (on weekdays) to LGA to assist in the shortage LGA is dealing with... ...there's no need to bother training LGA drivers with the C40LF's during the shortage if the Orion V CNG's controls are similar to the ex-bee Orion V's. Not to mention many ex-Triboro B/O's still working for MTA Bus being used to operating Orion V CNG's back in the day.

9874 has gotten its farebox removed...

The ex-Triboro and Green Bus Lines RTS's weren't in the best shape neither, so they pretty much have served their purpose... ..ironically many of the 1996 Novas LGA has were breaking down recently (a lot of them wouldn't start up at all)

Service Change Posted: 02/24/2013 10:05AM Due to a police investigation at 23 St, southbound trains are running on the Line from 5 Av-53 St to W 4 St. Southbound trains are running on the line from 59 St-Columbus Circle to W 4 St. There is no train service in both directions at this time Expect delays on , and train service at this time.

If anyone was wondering why there's CNG buses working LGA routes. Apparently, there's a shortage of approximately 20 buses, so yesterday, CP sent out some of their Orion V CNG's to LGA for use on their routes. You might see a few parked at the depot, but they are still assigned to CP and fueled at CP. I've got this info from my friends who work out of LGA.

Following an earlier incident at 90 Street-Elmhurst Avenue, train service has resumed with residual delays.

Wait until you see this... So far i've seen LG, CP, JA, CS and QV helping out on the shuttle buses..good thing CS whipped out their artics for the shuttle buses..it's traffic hell over here at roosevelt av..

Expect LGA to lose the QM24/25 to CP by the next pick or the following...got word from a B/O who works out of LGA..

i've noticed how the newer buses have the speakeasy units but i rarely ever see them in use for the external announcement, although today my B/O friend did make use of the speakeasy for the external announcement.

Speaking of LGA's buses I always seem to get a mixed bowl...I'm a daily rider of two of their routes. I've ridden some that look and run good, some that run like shit, some that look like shit, and then those that look AND run like shit! Gotta love fleet inconsistency...
