    nights and weekends when R68/68As can cover for spare 160s and used on the Brooklyn IF and this is a big if... 160s need to be taken off for the .A TO that I know who works on the told me he was told this and that CI would try anything and everything in order to keep the all 160s.     Was looking at vanshnookenraggen a little while ago at came across this map(Warning PDF)that shows ways to improve the subway system by through routing the Second Avenue Subway and moving some other subway lines around.I agree with most services on this map except moving the over to Culver as a expess and the taking its place on Brighton.     You can tell a from a by seeing the blue circle instead of a orange circle when the train approaches instead of waiting to see a sometimes illegible red letter for every line with a NTT

    A more realistic solution is to go the CTA route and have a double line end car display that has date and time static at the bottom line and flips through route and next stop info on the top line.An example: to Court Street Aug 18. 1:41 pm Also have a multi color led that can show the bullet on the front and the side sign idea of yours is a good idea
