7293 was on the B52 yesterday and 7460 was on the Q72 today.

Something needs to happen with the . It has the worst headways out of all the other subway routes. Today I waited 15minutes for a to arrive and it was 6:07pm when I started waiting. I wish it could return to its pre 2010 routing. Queens Blvd can sure use the on the weekends because the is slow.

As much as I would love to see the back on QBL, it would be very unwise to restore service on QBL.

First of all, QBL sucks on the weekends, and by adding an another line, you're only going to make things worse, espically when CBTC work starts. Also, there's not high demand for direct service to Brooklyn from the QBL. Second of all, the actually runs better in its current service pattern than it's previous one. Your only going to screw over the entire line by extending it further.

There's three RTS on the M10 atm: 9607, 5042, & 9569.

381 got a paint job. It's looks really good in the dark green scheme, but so out of place when it's with the other Arnines.

Quick question: When crews are beginning a run (ie. crew switching on the at Bedford Park Blvd), the conductor always goes on the PA and says "do you have the lineup?" to which the operator usually replies with "yes I have the lineup." What does the "lineup" refer to?

The lineup refers to the signal at a terminal.

That just reminds me. I had heard the 32's were officially banned from the line, due to them eliminating the car stop markers they would use, so yes, that would be out.

They're probably not going to bother moving them anywhere; why wouldn't they just stay on the ? That's Eastern Div., which like the was the the dumping ground for the oldest stuff (it only got new equipment because the 44-68's couldn't be sent over), so this makes sense.

All of the stations on the line have the proper car markers, so I don't think that's a valid reason as to why they would be banned, if they are at all.

Have anyone seen the LFS 8090 in service yet

It's been in service at Jamaica for a while. 

It seems to have happened overnight but the Prevost buses are now showing up on Castleton express routes. Seen some on the X10 and X14.

They have some 2400s for driver training for the new ones.

Castleton will always have the older buses because they always get the garbage.  I can't recall when they've had new buses direct from the factory on express bus lines. All they've had going back several years are newer buses from Yukon that were hand-me-downs.

Didn't Castleton get the 2200s from the factory ?

Are the ex-Foothills assigned to a particular route? I haven't seen them on the N78/N79 or any other as of yet.

All of the Foothills are based out of Mitchel Field, which is where most of the NICE routes are dispatched from, including the N78/79. They tend to just show up on random routes.

Looks like 1252 & 1263 have multicolored signs now.

180 is at Amsterdam. (It's not for what you think it is.)

7110 has new seats, like the ones installed on 4892. They actually are comfortable. Looks like the rest of ENY's new Xcelsiors will have those seats.

1015 has the NICE programs installed.

5984 now has a multicolored sign, like 1237. I think it's a Luminator Spectrum, like on the new Xcelsiors.
