MTA Bus

Hey guys, I heard from union and other drivers that 2017 the Q53 is going back to LGA and CP is getting the Q19 back and also the Q23 to make up for the runs they lose for the Q53. Has anyone else heard anything more about this? I have to talk to some of my other friends at CP. It seems to be a bad trade to me.

I heard the same thing from one of my bus driver friends at CP. I guess I understand why the Q23, that's just going to be a nice little deadhead from Forest Hills.

I forgot these are Axion signs, so it will be easier to shoot these buses.

I wonder if the MTA is considering Artics for the B42 someday... I seen people get flagged on the B42 during the midday afternoon going towards the station multiple times. AFAIK getting flagged on a NYCT route off peak, specifically during midday's is pretty rare.

I live on the line, and I don't think I've seen that, but part of the reason is because the drivers on this line like to play games. They are getting electric buses tho.

You misread it. It says that R179s will go on the . I edit wikipedia and my user name is Kew Gardens 613. I try to keep things reliable. I made it more accurate, stating that it is not certain whether they would go there.

Neither the R32 or R179s will go on the when SAS opens. The is supposed to recieve extra R160s from Jamaica, after Pikin sends some R46s to accomadate the R179s.

So 7560 is back in service. I just saw it on the L shuttle about 5 minutes ago.

Q70: It was supposed to be one when it first started, so nothing major.

Q52/Q53: I just want to see them redo Woodhaven Blvd for this.

Q25: This route gets so crushed at Flushing literally every day and at the weirdest times too.

Q113: Interesting, hope the Q114 becomes all local then.

• For service between Brooklyn and Manhattan consider the   or   via transfer

They been doing work recently in that part on the overnight, so this is actually good. I'll just take the home then.

So they finished construction at Broadway Junction for the buses. Now the buses pick up right in front of the station.

GA doesn't have enough buses to run the 46 local.

So no 46 local leaving FB.

FB needs to be mostly artic in order to keep both 44 & 46.

Give the 44 local to Grand Avenue and not the SBS.

 

The pullout is totally better from the Sheepshead bay side & Avenue U.

If GA gets the B44 SBS, then GA would either lose the B47 to Flatbush or the B60 to ENY.

Imagine the R142A's or the R142's ran on the      or the  trains. Has that ever happened?

The was supposed to get the 142s when they first came out, but unfortunately that didn't happen.

YES.. They had the B68..  I don't recall them having the B49.

However, that would be a perfect candidate, along with the B31 to move over to Ulmer Park

I think that the B2 and B31 might be transferred to UP in the near future.
