How come West 4th street doesn't have cellular service yet? It's a transfer station with 7 lines!

 

Also, I noticed toward the south end of the upper level, just north of the first set of stairs you see that the ceiling looks like a bunch of planks all the way across, could that be a corridor to the closed West 4 st exits and stairs to the mezz?

I think the Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn stations will get service last.

I thought the Q64 was going back to CP

when the XD60's hit service out of BP what will happen to the q112 Q110 and Q64, since only they will run on q111,q113,and q114.

I have a strange feeling that an XD60 will show up on the Q64 before January.

Flatbush is supposed to recieve artics for the B46 SBS next year.

We have two fan trips; one on the Flushing Line with the TOMC on Tuesday, April 5 and one on the Jerome Avenue Line with the Lo - V's on Friday, April 1. Problem is, all of these trips are during the morning during the school week, so no foamers!

9590 is the crew bus at Rockaway Parkway station with ENY stickers.

Is this a full two track connection? ie Christie Street? Also with Phase 1 how far down 2nd Ave did they tunnel south of the curve on 63rd if at all.

I don't they they done any tunnel work south of 63rd street and it will be a two track connection.

If 1833 is still around, it's been sporting the 2011 short stripe from the day it was delivered.

The name of the station is now Briarwood. They changed it last year or two.

It might be Jamaica. Phase 3 includes a connection to Queens via 63rd St from 2nd Avenue.

9580 with an ENY sticker, is the party (relief/break) bus at Rockaway Parkway. Was there last night (thought it was 9503 at first). A paper sign in the window says "6AM HOLD".

I Just saw it too about 30 minutes ago. I'm curious why that bus is there.

Moving forward in the future, which just happens to be this month now, all new buses will just be . MTA Bus Operations is currently the classification for all buses. Officially there will still be three divisions as well. NYCTA, MaBSTOA, MTABC

 

NYCB and MTAB titles will be dropped for just the logo. It appears as the depot stickers will remain, however other than that, there will be no way to tell buses apart once the new scheme is introduced.

I wonder why they didn't do this sooner.
