East NY, is there any truth to the rumor that MJQ will be getting the 86 from Tuskegee?

I wouldn't be surprised. It would make sense to have most, if not all of the SBS buses out of one depot.

The most they could run is one bus most likely, but I would love to see them on the line.

In the meanwhile New Bus Qualification is gearing up to full swing again. With the Proterra evaluation lease, MTA officially starts the program again. This model along with any other unqualified model such as the BYD, will go through full evaluation and shaker testing.

 

Still pending are at least 2 more electric pilots, 40 foot hybrids, electric hybrids, and CNG artics.

I noticed that on the 1995 NYC express bus map that the QM1, QM1A (QM7 and QM8), QM11, and QM24 used to take the Willy B to the BQE. I'm curious why they don't do that now. It looks like it would save time then going all the way up to 34th Street to go to Queens.

I want MCI to get this order. I love the look of the 2017 MCIs in NJ, plus MCIs are more comfortable to me tbh.

Does anyone know if the NTTs have any codes for any Manhattan terminal stations. It's highly unlikely, but not impossible.

Wow, very confusing, even for rail fans. 

Imagine you have only two seconds to read that. What is "Bway" and "Bway / 4 Av"????

If calling   via 4 ave Express as "Sea Beach Express" is fine, why not just show "Broadway Express", "Via Sea Beach Exp"
