    CI should have inspected the gear boxes WAAAAY before sending the R211s over to Pitkin Yard for training and revenue operations. If not then they wouldn’t have this problem right now. The only problem I see in today’s era is human errors. (Stop looking at your phone when in class. Your safety is more important than your electronic device).

    yes testing on lines does not mean that the car is gonna see revenue service on that particular line. after what happened to the R46s on the Broadway line being vandalized a few weeks ago, they’re not putting newer cars until they see fit
