  5. I'm wondering the same, not only about those two but when we'll see a pilot of the XN60 as well. Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app
  6. I did see an OG Hybrid there too. I was thinking it was a WF loan for a minute. Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app
  7. No it was just laying over when I got off the Bx40, when it left it was NIS. Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app
  8. I saw 7368 at Westchester Square yesterday. Any particular reason it could be up there? It still had the CS stickers on so I don't think it was a move. Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app
  9. I saw on FB that there's a ton of 2016 CT's at or around the Allison facility in Piscataway. Don't know whether or not they're going to Private carriers or to Transit. Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app
  10. Originally I had planned to keep it following the BxM2, but I figured that the Bway traffic heading downtown would make the run times longer. I used 9th Ave as a means of bypassing that. But if keeping it mirroring the BxM2 on the WestSide works better, then I guess it doesn't have to serve 9th Ave. Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app
  11. I know this plan may sound a bit unnecessary, but I was thinking about it the other day. New Express route: BxM12 Co-Op City - Midtown 23 St via Bruckner Expwy/Bway/9th Ave. Stops: Bay Plaza All loop stops along Co-Op City Blvd Pelham Bay Park Bruckner Blvd/Tremont Ave Bruckner Blvd/WPR (Manhattan) (Across 125th off the RFK, left turn on Amsterdam) Amsterdam/110th (Right turn on 103rd, left on Bway) Broadway/96th Broadway/61st (Right turn on 60th, Left onto 9th Ave) 9th Ave/57th 9th Ave/41st 9th Ave/34th 9th Ave/25th (Left turn on 23rd) 23rd St/Bway. It's basically a West side version of the Co-Op City BxM lines. I made it because I realized that getting to the West Side from that area of the Bronx is a bit of a trek since most buses from there only go via the East Side. It's really my first Express bus proposal so if I'm missing anything don't hesitate to tell me. Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app
  12. A train apparently caught fire. Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app
  13. I agree with VG8, Cuomo doesn't seem to be as elitist as Hillary is. I'd actually rather have him take the White House now.
  14. The took me to Penn Station today around 5:30pm. I was like "Hold up why is the here?" Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app
  15. 1280 was on the Bx41 +Select again today. It still had the MCH logo on it. Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app
  16. I'm gonna drop my 2 cents in. His (Darrian's) B24 could actually work because the ridership could come from an unlikely source if advertised properly. The yuppies. Think about it, how many of those transplants living in Williamsburg and Greenpoint are gonna want to take the subway -> Q70 to get to LGA when they wanna return home? It may not see B15 or Q10 type ridership but it could do well enough. Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app
  17. After all these years, finally they get delivered. I know it's already been stated that it won't hit service until 2017, but will go on the first or the ? Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app

  19. Wait why? Are they short on artics? Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app
  20. 5666 is on GA behind the Q59 bus I'm on. Don't know why it would be out here. Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app
  21. Thats one reason I think the R142s should get them when it's time for their overhaul. How many times do we hear about the going via the when there are delays on 7th Ave? Or vice versa for the Lex? You get people (tourists) on a train trying to go to say, CPN-110th and their train gets rerouted onto the Lex, they'll stay on well into the Bronx before they realize what's going on. 22. I'm gonna drop my two cents on this whole R142/A's on the thing. The only time I've seen 142s head north of 96th on the , they weren't in service (been meaning to ask someone here why they would send 142s up that line when it's strictly R62/A's). As much as I would love for the to have NTTs, I know it's not gonna happen anytime soon unless the or Cuomo decides to change things or the riders complain loudly enough for them to order new trains or move some 142A's from the , which we all know isn't gonna happen. So until then, just deal with the R62/A trains and just ride the until the MTA decides to replace the 62s. Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app
  23. Man it's a rough time for Northeast TAs. First NJT has to cancel its projects due to no money from the TTF, then SEPTA has to pull all of their SLVs, and now the MTA has another delay with the R179 cars. Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app
  24. That's normal. The 129 normally has nothing but MCIs on it.
  25. They need to do more than put AN artic on it. They need to put many artics on it. The last time I had an artic on the M100 was in the dead of night at like 2am.
