    How nice for Coke to place an ad on NICE. That must bring in some revenue for NICE through ads.

    NICE has started putting up what looks to be some type of sticker on bus stops around the Roosevelt Field area (ex: on Stewart Ave) for the new N23 and N27 routes that will be entering the area!

    I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE: 10 mins ago, I saw 1802 (which has NOT been repainted yet) going down Douglaston Pkwy towards the L.I.E. I can guess he came from Northern Blvd, but I didn't know some NICE drivers take Douglaston Pkwy as means of travel!

    Had the forums not been down on Friday March 23rd, I would have posted that at around 4:00 pm, 6231 was being towed from the corner of Douglaston Pkwy and Northern Blvd. The bus was heading eastbound on the Q12 and had been sitting there for hours.

    1708 has been repainted as well as 1830 and 1831.

    Anyone who's interested, Mocker said he'll have a report on the privatization of Long Island Bus on tonight at 10 on PIX 11. Can only wonder what information we already know he'll point out.

    No, but on the schedules currently in use from the beginning of the year, which I just so happen to have copies of, the N78/79 mistake is fixed.

    They have that fixed on the printed schedules currently out. The one on the site is what is wrong.

    And its always an 1800 hurt, isn't it? I don't think much will change. NICE is probably still stressing the drivers with making many runs.

    Oh no, I see 1802 daily doing the N20 to Great Neck. Any details? Was it a major crash? And shortage of drivers? They just hired hundreds of drivers at the beginning of the year. Are people quitting?

    Anyone who rides NICE bus daily, let me know if you see them putting up new signs at Hempstead or Roosevelt Field for the new routes like the N23 that will be entering the terminals now. I'm wondering if now, they're gonna start making the new bus stop signs.

    I guess someone should have started this thread, so I did. Sticky it? Random Thought: Just passed by it, 1747 had a breakdown at Douglaston Pkwy and Northern Blvd, heading towards Flushing. It was pulled over at the bus stop. And 1631 looks like it had it's destination sign changed. The font looks bolder.
