  1. Not sure about you but I can't remember any post of him where he lost me completely...
  2. Thank you. But I actually meant a per route list. Still nice to have this though.
  3. The is already utilizing 2nd Ave frequently and every once in a while the gets rerouted to 2nd Ave via the line so that creates even more congestion. I don't think 2nd Ave will be a good choice. Although it might a bit unfeasible, a permanent terminal could be Bowery. The south/east platform is currently abandoned. It could be revived for the . Of course, that would require digging to connect the to the Bowery station so like I said: it might be unfeasible. But at least that's a station with a platform ready to be used after some cleaning (and connecting the tracks).
  4. Oh, thanks Yuki. Apparently, both NICE and can do a better job at detours
  5. I'm not sure if NICE is allowed to pick up there. But I agree that NICE kinda messed up this detour. They could've at least tried to negotiate about picking up at Bowne&41. But regarding the signage: Bowne St is in Queens so NICE isn't allowed to put up any signage on their own.
  6. Maybe I'm asking a stupid question, but is there some page that lists all of the bus stops of NICE routes (particurarly the n6/n20/n22 and other Queens-serving routes)? Because the NICE website only lists timing points but not individual stops and Google Maps is not practical for this.
  7. Not sure when I mentioned it, but just a quick reminder that you can drop off anything you'd like to see improved on NICE except if it's something that really is handled locally (like scheduling, for example) for me. At the next Transdev meeting, although it's not a NICE specific meeting, I will pass on any ideas to the executives so they can at least take a look at it.
  8. Hmm, I got an idea for an extension. Just tell me if it'd feasible or not. The currently terminates at New Lots Ave. And one of the biggest complaints around this forum is that the doesn't connect good enough with IRT lines, why not build a new platform at Euclid Ave (it really only needs to be one side platform, actually) and have the terminate there? It would make for an easy transfer to the , all on one fare of course. The and will still terminate at New Lots on their special trips. (additionally, a new stop could be added to the at Sutter Ave)
  9. Yes. On YouTube, I believe MrRailfanBVE but *maybe* someone else, has a recording of the express to 241 St.
  10. My guess is a branch route. We have that topic about a route with 61 variations, maybe that topic's got one?
  11. So it has 10 minute headways like the n6 and n20? Not bad.
  12. They probably are, but to an outsider it looks very confusing (and I also took into account the former branches btw). Not too mention the former Q44FS and Q44VP... All a lot more confusing than n22/l/x which is actually quite logical IMHO. Eh, no.
  13. Hmm, well, I didn't feel like it was so confusing. At least a lot less than (MTA)'s M14, M14A, M14C, M14D and former QBM..a.
  14. @n6: And regarding Jamaica: -Jamaica LIRR is a hassle to reach street level and even then at certain times you might not even want to use the street level route
  15. Perhaps. I just stated what they wrote themselves but thanks for the clarification
  16. Btw, NICE is doing a big cleaning campaign: https://twitter.com/theNICEbus/status/429273852690968576
  17. Exactly. Also: if NICE really would up the fare to $2.75 someone would've posted the original announcement by NICE in this topic already. Wow, that's just plain rude. You were being very polite (don't see an action like yours too much these days!). I'm sorry to hear that.
  18. Wow, really great to see the LIRR preparing an alternative for when Manhattan is (partly) unreachable! Thanks for sharing lirr42! https://twitter.com/...029194119409664
  19. Damn, and I thought those annoying people were only present in my city every week but apperantly, they also exist on LI... :/
  20. Yeah, I experienced that a few times over here. People, including me, shove to the front because someone in the back had puked. It didn t really help that in some buses here the walkway b/w the seats is uphill/downhill (depends on if you look at it from the front or the back) so all the puke oozed down to the middle of the bus But like you said: it happens (unfortanetly)...
  21. That's ridiculous IMHO. Normally, like I'm used to, you can just tell 'em which route it was and what time it (was supposed to) board(ed) from your stop...
  22. Just because something is decently used on weekdays doesn't mean it'll do any good to run it on weekends. Or are you demanding for weekend service as well, College Pt Man? Because it gets decently used on weekdays... Q23, on the other hand, has made a valid point IMHO so I won't say no to Saturday service.
