Hey sorry to hear that. You are a young man R32 you got plenty of time for ladies. Just being honest and take advice from this site's 'old man.'

Good luck:(

old man? Arent you 34 or something? But you act like your 75?

Kid some of us go thru it, its a tough time to deal with, whatever you do don't start hounding her with phone calls or texts ect. just let her miss you and she'll start calling you and looking for you. try to take your mind of of it and read a paper or go railfaning or go to the gym.

Try using the time to do the things you couldn't do while you were with her. Maybe there's a restaurant you always wanted to try, or a movie you always wanted to see... you now have all the time in the world to do so!

I just got out of one too not too long ago. There's of fish out there in the sea and you're gonna have more than one girlfriend in your lifetime. The more time you spend on it, the harder it takes to move on from it. You live life only once kid.

Take some "you time," do what you want (as others have suggested here) and just ignore anything that reminds you of her for a little while, until your feelings calm down a bit.

It sucks you have to go through this after such a long relationship, sorry man.
