R68 Subway Car 254 Posted April 4, 2008 Share #1 Posted April 4, 2008 A great friend of ours, Dante D. Angerville had went into surgery for a tumor that was harmful to his health. He would end up dying mid-surgery, despite the efforts of the surgeons. May the good Lord bless his great soul. One year later and we railfans still miss him. Although his site is forever closed, I found his photos which is here: http://www.bikeyorph.com/Photos/
TransitGuy 1 Posted April 4, 2008 Share #2 Posted April 4, 2008 R.I.P. Dante, even though I never got to know him, he seemed like a great person. He took great photos and was pretty helpful. You will always be remembered Dante.

SubwayGuy 2,322 Posted April 6, 2008 Share #9 Posted April 6, 2008 Unfortunately I never had the chance to meet or know him, but I've seen his work and it's all good stuff, but more importantly I've heard some stories about the kind of person he was and how he was able to laugh at himself in the name of a good time, and how he overcame all kinds of obstacles to go after what he wanted. So, Dante, even though I never got to know you...RIP...
