Train Door Keys

Recommended Posts

How can i get a set of train door keys i work for the Transit in the Track Dept.

If you work for Track(Down here with the(MTA))then you would know how to get them, and not bring this question to a Public Message Board my brother just saying.

How long you been with Track?

I can sell you some train keys. I have the machine in my basement that makes the same keys that the conducters use as well as the keys used all over the MTA system. I bought the machine last year and it makes keys like a charm.

First off, you're not issued them for a reason. Your job title doesn't warrant it. Secondly, if you're caught with them on you or something happens when you're keying in or out of a car, you and the guy that gave them to you are looking at days in the street(maybe termination depending on the situation). Lastly, why would you ask on a public message board? If someone here actually told you how to get them or gave you them they're risking there jobs. I've got 18yrs with the Track dept and never had the need for them or ever thought about acquiring them.

This is getting out of control with these random people asking for things that they have no bussiness having in the first place.sounds kinda shady.

Bang'em in, there is no need for someone out side of RTO or CED to have these keys. Also, if someone really wants them, this sure as he'll ain't the place to ask.

Here's an idea, ask your supervisor in the track department.
