Next scenario: Because some guy threw a computer table onto the tracks in a fit of rage, the (A), ©, (E), (B), (D), (F), & (M) lines cannot use West 4th Street on either level because of the ongoing psychiatric evaluation. No trains can enter the station, and switches north or south of the station cannot be used as it would cause too much noise. Reroute away.

This is getting crazy!!! LOL!

There's really no where for these lines to go.

(A) 207 st-14th st local, Chambers-Queens local.

(B) suspended

© suspended

(D) 205 st-34th st, Express, Broadway/Lafayette-Coney Island via Bridge, 4th Av local

(E) Jamaica Center-14th st, Queens Blvd Express, 8th av local

(F) 179th St-34th st or 14th st, if possible, Broadway/ Lafayette-Coney Island (Culver)

(G) Continental-Church (to replace (M) and assist (F))

(M) turns into brown M, terminates at 9th av

(J) and (Z) are extended via the Brighton Line to Coney Island via the Montauge Street Tunnel to replace the (B) in Brooklyn to Brighton Beach

Don't see the hate in this I would probably do the same thing. And I aint high to all of you brothas.

A computer table? Word.

(A) Canal St to Lefferts Blvd/Far Rockaway (8 Av/Fulton/Rockaway Local)

(B) 34 St to Bedford Park Blvd (6 Av Express/CPW/Grand CC Local)

(C) No Service

(D) 34 St to 205 St (6 Av/CPW/Grand CC Express)

(D) Pacific St to Coney Island (4 Av Express/West End Local)

(E) Penn Station to Jamaica Ctr (Queens Blvd Express)

(F) Delancey St to Coney Island (6 Av/Viaduct/PS/Culver Local)

(M) Metro Av to Chambers/Broad Sts (Nassau Local)

(R) 96 St to 179 St (4 Av/Broadway/Queens Blvd Local)

(S) 42 St to Canal St (8 Av Local)

NOTE

(F) Some trains to Broadway Layette

(N) via 4 Av Local

Like I said, the normal 6 Av Fastrack is in effect. That means:

(D) trains run in two sections; 205 St - 2 Av via 8 Av local, Coney Island - W 4 St

(F) trains are re-routed via the (E) line between Jackson Hts-Roosevelt Av and W 4 St

(B) suspended

(M) ends service in Manhattan/Queens Blvd

You can re-route these lines however you want, but the 6 Av line from 47-50 Sts to W 4 St is unusable at this time. (Trains can enter W 4 St on the 6 Av tracks, however).

Presuming this is late night and West 4th can be used to terminate (with the express track crossover allowed to be used far enough to clear the switches):

Until End of Service:

(B) and (M) terminate at West 4th Street

Lower level of West 4th closed once (B) and (M) service end for the night.

(D) runs via 8th Avenue West 4th to Columbus Circle

Since you also noted about the switches at Queens Plaza on the express track stuck for the 60th Street tunnel:

(E) runs via the (R) from Whitehall Street-Queens Plaza (Chambers-WTC (E) platform is CLOSED)

(F) runs in two sections:

Via 8th Avenue West 4th to 50th Street and then via the (E) to Court Square (23rd Street-Ely Avenue), Queens

57th Street-6th Avenue, Manhattan to 179th Street, Queens

Special OOS transfers available between the (E) and two (F) lines between 53rd Street-7th Avenue, 57th Street-7th Avenue and 57th Street-6th Avenue as well as a non-charge OOS transfer between the (E) and (F) between Lexington Avenue-60th and Lexington Avenue-63rd Street.

(G) is extended to 71st-Continental to meet with 8th Avenue (F) line passengers at Court Square.

My version

(E) Runs between Whitehall Street and Jamaica Ctr

(F)

Queens Bound: Rerouted on the (E) between W.4 street and Roosevelt Avenue

(M) Trains Run Terminate at Queens Plaza, wrong railing to Court Square

(R) unaffected

Next

The second Avenue Subway connector is being built to the Nassau Street Line. The line between Essex Street And Bowery Is closed. Also, a (J) train exploded on the Willy-B and the third rail is acting wierd. Make sure to reroute the trains not too close from the exploded (J) train and from the funny acting 3rd Rail.

Guest Lance

If the Sixth Avenue FASTRACK is in effect, the B should be suspended and the M truncated from the get go. Why reroute lines that aren't running in the first place?

Just my little quandary. Carry on.

Maybe add an out-of-system transfer to the (G) at Broadway/Hewes St, since this is a long-term service change

Okay. I'm going to pour on the foam just because I feel like it:

Brown (R) trains run from 95 St to Chambers St on the (J)(Z) line

Oh, and special diamond <J> trains run between Marcy Av and Broadway Jct; express between Myrtle Av and Broadway Jct so that riders can have a quick transfer to the (A)(C)(L) trains at Broadway Jct.

Next scenario:

After being released, the rage guy is at it again. This time, he has shut down the whole Fulton Street complex in the heat of rush hour!

The (4) & (5) tracks/platforms can be used. RULE: No line can be suspended, and every station must be serviced, with the exception of Broad Street and the platforms affected.

Reroute the (A), (C), (2), (3), (J), and (Z).

(2) single-track shuttle trains run between Wall St and Nevins St

(3) downtown trains terminate at Chambers St

(A) Far Rockaway/Lefferts Blvd - 207 St, via (F) between Jay St and W 4 St, local in Manhattan

(C) Euclid Av - High St

(J)(Z) terminates at Chambers St

That's perfect. Perfect. No weird reroutes, no interfering with other trains, just perfect.
