There was a gas leak and a fire at this apartment, causing power to be shut down and other things a few days back. The Buses that came here to supply AC and shelter were the RTSs and Artics.

Whoever thought of that should get some kinda recognition. Perhaps when the next heat wave hits combined with a blackout during the day, at risk people can be assisted with this idea?

They do this very often, especially if they feel its necessary in a situation.
