It had just been renumbered abit ago because people saw it at Fordham Plaza by the Metro North station in the Bronx on sunday. Theres a photo somewhere of it. If I knew it was renumbered, I would've stopped by to get a shot but I didn't know until I got home on sunday. Is the Phoenix operational? I'm glad I saw this post then because I am about to add Training/Roadeo/Museum buses to the roster, and I was definitely about to put it as 4396.
