Fourth Av Lines + Rain = FUBAR (again)

Another night of heavy rain equals another bad morning commute on Brooklyn's Fourth Avenue lines. Signal problems plagued the Manhattan bound express tracks from 36th Street station all the way to Atlantic Av-Pacific Street station.

I could see NYCT trackworkers in the tunnels of the express tracks around the Prospect Av station.

(D)(N) rerouted over the 4th Av Local.
