pelhamlocal 288 #1 Posted March 9, 2013 just now i saw an OOS R32 , at Penn, with what seemed to be a 9 or 10 car train but, i probably didn't count it right, with the only number i remember car 3411. Plus it still had its end chains on and flipdots on, at both ends, and the car already seemed to be SMS'd. Sorry no pics, memory was full.Any idea's? trainfan22 1,754 #3 Posted March 9, 2013 (edited) If it was a 8 car train and you mis-counted the number of cars in the consist, it could have been a regular train that had to be taken OOS because of some kind of mechanical problem.
