R143 window glass for sale.

I just got an e-mail telling me that surplus windows for R143 are available in case anyone cared.

These windows are probaly from that 8277 set that crashed in the yard. Btw that set is not at 207th yard it could be one of two places....

 

1)Kawasaki shops in yonkers or japan

 

2)Scrapped, i guess they would take the windows out before sending the train to the scrap yard.

Its possable that the train got frame damage thats not easy to see with the naked eye.

It's a set of 12 panes that i believe are actually for the cab end.

Lol I would use it for a car window, but thats just me.

Well If you or someone else is willing to tell me wat use I could do with those windows, I would buy some seriously.

I know that 8277 is back at the plant for repairs. As for 8278-80, they might be there too.
