i caught a 42 on da emily at 42nd tsq... da front rollsign had a bit of orange (a part of an orange circle)

so im guessing based on dat, dat it cud b used for service

but again, i kinda doubt this wud b likely

Thanks! You mean in the Chambers pic? If so then he just turned the lights off because it was the terminal and all trains do that once they reach their terminal. Also, I agree with what you said to MTRA...
