MTA really need to get their houses in order before requesting ANY money.

It's insane...every year, same thing with a NY Post about crazy overtime scheme, but the issue never gets solved. I mean, it doesn't take a detective to go on the public website with state employee salaries and get suspicious that all of the top earners for the railroads are in the same maintenance title, raking in more money than junior investment bankers.
