  1. They wanna keep 4060-4069 together until more 4200s & 4300s comes in.
  2. After that, 8120-8339 are not to far behind. There are 44 buses from that group already scrapped including the last 15 buses. 8325 is the highest number left. Frontier & Victory retired their DE41s before the 3600s came to service
  3. 3: 8008, 8079 & 8083, all out of Callowhill
  4. They’re replacing their DE41s with the 220 bus order that is also replacing the D40LFs as well. 2 DE40LFRs have been retired so far: 8345 & 8366 by 2029, other than the Novas, the rest is NFXDE40s with different specs. regular XDEs are 3000-3524 BAE XDEs are 3525-3864
  5. Be patient. They will come. R211S will do 30 day revenue in March. The T version will be anytime this quarter. Let them catch up one section at a time.
  6. In case you missed it, that’s is not a real roster. It’s someone’s made up roster.
  7. Not really. 4170-4194 yet to be delivered, but as I said back last year. Kawasaki never delivers cars in straight order.
  8. Way 2 go! May your training be successful as the lord above wants you to do. Do it with determination and dedication and you’ll be operating on 2 lines depending on what assignment is given to you.
  9. You don’t get the point. No express service on the R211T. If the R211T does operate express, it will without passengers. So it’s no use for that.
  10. You know these peeps that they wanna run it on a busy line. Let’s start with the first and see how it works with applied restrictions. Remember: it’s not up to these communities & politicians on about where the cars go. That’s the DOS/RTO’s call.
  11. As they’re fixing those cars, more new cars are coming in. Lincoln, NE has 124 new cars scheduled for delivery and the does not wanna waste time with delays about certain cars having problems. They can fix those along the way.
  12. 💯. Staten Island Express buses can run on any route of choosing or in case, extra service for lost time. In the morning, buses don’t return to the island except for “C” routes. Buses park at Quill’s roof for “napping” during the midday hours or less, then return back to the island during the evening hours to “shower and sleep”
  13. 3640 was in training mode on Route 10 trolley line 8236 is still in service at MID
  14. 3640 & 3641 now at Callowhill. So Frontier’s atollment has been completed from 3595-3639.
  15. The Orion VII 3rd Gen’s 2 buses was retired by the act of God. No accident or incidents. The other one was NF XD60 4799 that was caught on fire while it was out of Gun Hill. It never made it to Brooklyn. Many 2011 buses are 13 years old this year. So I do believe it’s about their time to head for the sunset. With new buses on the way, yes.
  16. Why would you wanna include the ? No CBTC on the Broadway line the ? It is peak hours to the Bronx, then local from 145th to 34th St, then express the rest of the way. the isn’t an express train no matter what track it’s using. but remember: it’s up to the DOS & RTO to assign cars to where and what date to start. It could be tomorrow morning or Tuesday or Wednesday or Thursday or Friday for all we know. If they do start running, do this and run them back to back or run it as a follower: 3 trains of R179, 1 R46, 1 R179, 1 R211T (1trip) , 2 R179, 1 R46, 2 R179, 1 R211T (1roundtrip), 2 R179 & 1 R46. Mix it up a lil bit, and see how it goes from here on out.
  17. That’s not the first time that these guys got hit with graffiti. Think 2022 or last year at CI. That not just expenses, it more work for employees to scrub off. Stainless steel subway cars, graffiti comes off. Remember: these guys know the ins and outs of subway yards cameras can see who trespasses yards. They catch them, it’s time in jail
  18. The is mixed of R179/211. The R211As Base order is for the 8th Ave CBTC, so the A is home for these. Once the Base Order: 4060-4499 is ordered, then 4500-4989? will come in. And the will decide what IND car gets the option 1 order of these cars. Right now, let’s focus on the base order.
