  1. Not sure about 6043. I believe it's at Meadowlands. But yes, I confirmed w someone on Instagram that 6041 and 6050 are indeed back at Coach.
  2. Yup. Westwood got all NJT-liveried buses 21191 and up (plus 21074-21093 loaned from Meadowlands) and the first 10 22000s. Oradell has all 22000s above 22011 except 22039-22069 which went to Fairview.
  3. Looks like the 9000s are starting to retire. 9010, 9015, 9033, 9042, 9048 were seen at the lot next to Meadowlands in an Instagram post. 8111, 7563, and 7766 were also spotted there, some of them with black paint.
  4. 22107 delivered to ADD. It's currently facing the back fence by I-287, meaning it's yet to be inspected. Interestingly, MTA Prevost 1566 and the Rutgers Science Explorer Blue Bird are also at ADD. 1566 has been there since at least 11/4.
  5. 6048 and 6193 back to ONE bus. They've made some appearances on the 84 lately.
  6. 21245 (Suburban Transit) caught fire last December, but there's an additional two Suburban Transit units that also caught fire: 21248 and 17023. The fire was concentrated in the rear and both look to be fixable.
  7. Did some VIN decoding. If VINs are in order, then the VINs for the remainder of the order should be: 26003: 5FYB8KJ04NC105965 26004: 5FYB8KJ06NC105966 26005: 5FYB8KJ08NC105967 26006: 5FYB8KJ0XNC105968 26007: 5FYB8KJ01NC105969 26008: 5FYB8KJ08NC105970 26009: 5FYB8KJ0XNC105971 26010: 5FYB8KJ01NC105972 26011: 5FYB8KJ03NC105973 26012: 5FYB8KJ05NC105974 26013: 5FYB8KJ07NC105975 26014: 5FYB8KJ09NC105976 26015: 5FYB8KJ00NC105977 26016: 5FYB8KJ02NC105978 26017: 5FYB8KJ04NC105979 26018: 5FYB8KJ00NC105980 Not an expert on VINs, so I could be wrong. These were just the valid VINs I could find after 26002's VIN. And there's still the possibility they're not numbered in VIN order, lol.
  8. Looks like there's an additional 8 units, 26019-26026, on order for 2024. They will be used for community service around Princeton. As for 26001, IDK haha.
  9. Update on these buses: Their numbers will be 26002-26018, not 26001-26017. 26002 is still in training but will be in service this month. 26003-26009 will be delivered by the end of the year, while the remainder are still on the line. 26002-26015 will each feature a unique Princeton scheme while the remainder will be in the standard Tiger Transit scheme. 26002 plate: OYB6484 VIN: 5FYB8KJ02NC105964
  10. https://www.masstransitmag.com/management/article/21285284/transdev-to-acquire-first-transit It looks like Transdev will be acquiring First Transit. For those who may not know, they were already purchased by EQT about a year ago. This is the second time they've been sold in the past two years. It will be interesting to see how it plays out. Will all First Transit operations and vehicles be transferred to Transdev, or will First Transit still operate in name, just that it's owned by Transdev (like it is now with First being owned by EQT). I'm mostly curious about what it means for university transit systems as they operate plenty of them (e.g. Rutgers, Emory, LSU, GSU, SCAD, UTK, Alabama, etc), mostly using ElDorado Axess/EZ Rider.
  11. My money is on the CRTs going to Wayne/Meadowlands/Howell to replace 7100s (both 7101-7118 and 7121-7187) and 9000s, and to southern garages which will displace 18000s (for a mileage switch like @553 Bridgeton said) to Market Street (to finally replace their D4000s), Oradell (to get up to 160 buses as @Gmansports said) and Fairview (to replace their ex-Wayne 9000s). I did hear a theory that the CRTs will be going to southern garages to replace their 18000s which will then go to Wayne and Market Street. Not sure tho.
  12. It's still WeDriveU. But I believe the buses are owned by Princeton University.
  13. As promised by Princeton University when they switched their transit provider in early 2021, there will be electric buses after a year. The bus model was decided to be the NFI XE35. 17 units will be delivered, replacing all 1995-97 ex-OCTA New Flyer D40LF and Ford cutaways. Deliveries began this week, and 26002 is now at the Stout's facility in Ewing, NJ. It will be used for driver training before entering service in mid-October. Photos:
  14. Predicted this months ago. Looks like I was right haha. Now to see which garage these go to. My bet would be Wayne to replace the 9000s and 7100s.
  15. 22053 & 22055 delivered @ ADD. We've come full circle from 22056 being delivered in January lol.
  16. 6041-6050 meadowlands 6051-6056 hilton 6189-6192 orange 6193-6196 ironbound 6197-6200 washington twp 6201-6204 EHT 6205 SCT (per FB post)
  17. To add to this: just rumors for now, but what I heard is that 6205 will be going to Salem County Transit, 6200-6204, will be going to Egg Harbor, 6189+ will be going to Orange/Hilton. Higher ONE Bus 60xx to Meadowlands.
  18. https://www.nbcphiladelphia.com/news/local/at-least-13-hurt-in-crash-involving-nj-transit-bus-and-car/3273593/?fbclid=IwAR2S2ZoWEhp5oWTe1rmAUR5gO-Him_hoorOrXUMywlQ-HkIMv7FnxXUZL_g Looks like 18016 involved in a major accident. Wonder if this can still be fixed or if the bus is done...
  19. Does anyone know when the first electric bus will arrive at Newton Ave? Last I heard is that the first one will be here by June, with the others by the end of the year. Just wondering since it's June now lol.
