the only thing I see transit doing with the T's in regards to that is converting them into the regular A sets. Otherwise theyll just run them as normal
IIRC the 211T is not doing 30 day testing, it doesnt have to, the 211A passing its 30 day also applies to the T minus the gangway part. Im not 100% sure though
I believe they are being placed on the C due to clearance problems on the other lines, most likely the train operator has a hard time trying to investigate the cause of a BIE while searching between cars outside of stations

First week was orientation, then the union hall the next day for your pass and other important info, you climb onto the train for the first time on Thursday
so the test they do beforehand to let you know if you have sleep apnea has 2 results, either your AHI is low and you dont need one, or its mild or higher and you need a CPAP machine, if you dont need it because your AHI is low I believe that clears you from needing the 30 day test
