The reason I mentioned 'crossing off the D' is because there was a shooting at, i think, the canarsie stop on the L line a few years back. Ever since he has 'claimed' the L as an 'unsafe line' and a 'reason' he stopped using his 'L train' handle.

Threxx, dunno why you locked your status, but to add on to what you said about the random thoughts stuff, it seems a few people have been posting separate threads on the main forum instead of the random thoughts threads. To me it's no better than spam to see a question that could've been posted in the random thoughts thread instead.

Well as you know I've basically left Subchat without any 'good-bye' speech, but I want you to know about that Batman-QB thread: I totally agree with you about how little warning there was. I didn't know about it till Friday's news report. To someone that actually works or is occupied [ie: a life outside of computers/phones], how are they to know what's going on? A warning a week ahead should've been done. You need not explain yourself to that fool. It just shows how much of a pompus a$$ he is.

Yeah, when he loses an arguement, he resorts to one word responses or tries to change the subject. No amount of academic smarts can teach him simple common sense. Yes I am back. To everyone that was wondering: I guess it was some glitch with fios that prevented me from being able to just get onto this site. So basically with help from realizm and brett, I've finally gotten back and want to thank everyone for their help and concern.

yup, if we said something that he doesn't agree with he get's po'ed as if we insulted him directly. I mean like i said: this is not a dictatorship, we have our own opinions on things and too friggin bad if he doesn't like it. but then he takes it like a personal jab and takes offense to it.
