  1. Nah chill man I'm tired of everyone always trying to pick on this kid. He obviously has money to burn with all the cameras he's been buying. I forget how many. Instead of spending it on crappy P&S cameras invest in any of the Nikon D3000/5000, D40, D90 or Canon Rebel, 40D, 50D kits and really get into photography.
  2. Cut the bullshit already, the better your tools are the better images you can produce period. Yes, there's skill involved in it but if your shooting with junk most likely you're going to produce junk. Many professional photographers would agree with this logic. He's shooting with a point-and-shoot camera there's only so much he can do to increase the quality of his photographs. The best thing Daniel can do is save his money and invest in a beginner/prosumer DSLR and put the point-and-shoot crap to rest already. And at the same time he can shut all of you guys up too.
  3. That's the camera I bought for my girlfriend. She loves it and the image quality is very good.
  4. It's too big. The system is dropping all the frames when during the re-size. Re-create the animated gif from scratch following the signature guidelines.

  5. Harry

I'm actually working on it. It should be up in a fewskies.

  6. No I did not submit that. To be honest I don't know what it is for or why it was created.

  7. One of your threads made it onto an official DOT-NYC Transit Bus pdf reference. I thought it was pretty cool.

  8. Daniel, next time you're in the subway system, take a few test shots using different settings. Shoot off as many as possible using different settings. Load them on your computer and compare and figure out from there which combination of settings looks right to you. Then go shoot more and compare more. You'll get better results doing that then posting a thread on it. Create a progress sheet and write everything down. You're shooting with a point-and-shoot camera. There's not much anyone can say on what to set your camera too. You must figure it out with testing and a little bit of analysis all on your own.
  9. Hanging in there brother. Hey so are you from the Ulmer Park Depot area?

  10. I'm cool Daniel just like you.

  11. Cool man hanging in there and you?

  12. I don't know what the hell you're talking about Ken. I'm talking about unnecessary drama here on this website. I don't want it here. Can you understand that Ken?

You're leaving me no choice here.

  13. Now you're getting a final warning from me. Do not try and drag me into this. I have nothing to do with this. Stop this now or I will ban you. I've never had any problems with you and I don't want any now. The choice is yours Ken.

    What's it going to be?

  14. Ken when I officially ban you, you will be the first to know okay. I (not anyone else, I pay the bill for this website) have not gone that route with you yet but you sure are pushing me. And if it does happen I'll be more than happy to remove your art work from this forum so don't you worry about it.

  15. Out of the recent stuff I've been shooting this one has to be it.
  16. Nothing personal towards you gentlemen it just got old already. It's just too much small talk. It's not adding anything to the forum.

  18. Merry Christmas ©urtis tup.gif!

  19. At F/1.8 that would be a good lens to use in the subway. The lower the "F" number the bigger the aperture, which means more light entering the lens. You can't go wrong with it.
  20. You can get the Nikon D40 kit for about the same price or a little more.
  21. Wow very cool so far. I've been wanting to try one myself but I keep putting it off. I'm looking forward to the finished product.
  22. Nice! I'm looking forward to seeing some photos with it.
