  1. Ridgefield Park is getting all of Fairview, Oradell and only Market St MCI line; 160/163/164. The bridge lines is up in the air right now. Oradell accounts for 200+ buses alone, Fairview 112 buses, market st 150 buses if you add the nabi lines.
  2. That bus was sitting in the sicklerville lot in south jersey. I saw up to 21146 there.
  3. I’ve operated the 2018s on the 400 and 459. There’s pretty much mcis on said lines daily.
  4. None of them had tags, 21063 was in that pic. But I think it’s now in service. Most of meadowlands units are sitting there.
  5. I live 5mins from the sicklerville lot. A shame its not secure. I walked in there and took pics.
  6. 7422 and 7442 were never in storage. 7422 was at cmf getting major overhaul new brakes lines, axles, air brake parts within the drums and new floor, drivers seat, steering wheel, and a fresh entire repaint and new mirrors and bumpers. Rebuilt engine(done at cmf) and trans(cmf). 7442 received a new floor, drivers seat, steering wheel to match the 18000 series and nabis, rebuilt engine and trans(done at Washington Twp). brake lines. 19145 was a loaner because EHT’s mechanics got wiped out by covid, so Newton Av was doing EHT’s DOT work on MCIS and Washington Twp was doing EHT’s NABI DOT work. 5283 was a replacement for 5201 which have been retired and sent to virtua marlton hospital. I may have said 5284 my mistake. It took Washington Twp over 2mo to get 5283 road worthy.
  7. All of the undelivered buses up to 21117 are sitting in a lot in south jersey. 21100 was delivered to that lot this morning. none of them have plates. 21119 is in service at the meadowlands.
  8. 21063 is sitting in a lot in south jersey along with most of meadowlands buses and some low ironbound buses. Up to 21117 is in that lot on the boarder of sicklerville and turnersville.
  9. 401,402,408,410, especially the 408 and will suffer with a likely elimination of the 412 as it service the entire GCL.
  10. It’s mainly the new hires that can’t deal with the job and some of the younger people don’t understand what comes with the job so they quit. And then some of the other ops can’t stay off the phone.
  11. It depends on which garage has more man power. Right now meadowlands and ironbound a lot of drivers quit or fired; mostly new hires.
  12. For the 20 drivers that were forced to transfer to Hilton due to lack of work at Howell and all the run cuts.
  13. Some R188s have cameras in the cab over the 2 screens
  14. Yeah they sent it back. There won’t be no relief unless they get those ex saddle 17s in service. Mgt don’t want the 7100s in south jersey. The Detroit’s EHT we don’t have parts for them or 7100s/9000s. At some point when the summer schedule hits especially at EHT, there’s no way we can make service this year. Newton Av doesn’t need 18126-129.
  15. They would but those buses are in bad shape and don’t know if they will enter njt service
  16. They must have sent it back, but it was a swap because they lost 5201. 19145 has been put on the fleet sheet at EHT. EHT is short on mcis, we never get enough buses, nabis have been showing back up on the 553 again. 8271 has been retired with no replacement, 8021 was retired with no replacement. 7184 and 7186 was suppose to stay another 3 years but they retired them with no replacement. Meadowlands doesn’t even want to give up any extra buses. 7422 is at cmf possibly pending retirement with no replacement in sight. These 18000s are crapping. Newton av uses the least amount of mcis and yet they almost got as much as we do. 19145 is staying for the the time being.
