  1. Please re-word this, I am very confused about the train part.
  2. Astoria Ditmars to Coney Island (Astoria/Broadway Local/Brighton Express) NOTE [sELECT] Trains may run Brighton Local between Prospect Park and Coney Island [sOUTHBOUND SELECT] Trains may run 4 Av Express/West End Local to Coney Island [sOUTHBOUND SELECT] Trains may go to Gravesend [sOUTHBOUND SELECT] Trains may go to 8 Av
  3. You offer a chance for change, just to be put back down right where you started. I don't know what to do anymore. I am trying the best I can to restore the community to its original peace, but what the hell, I am not in charge of that. You are just undermining yourselves chieves.

i always liked/respected you, with your saying "chief". I will never forget that. As for this status, i agree with you completely.

  4. 1) 145 St to 207 St is impassible. 2) trains can not terminate on the Concourse level during rush hour. There are trains on the Express. And 125 St, same reason.
  5. Don't always be quick to respond, but think about it a little bit first. NEXT Due to a problem at 145 St , no trains can go up the UWS to 168 St or 207 St . This is during rush hour, so only the and are allowed to serve Grand Concourse.
  6. His solution is perfectly fine. WTC to 23 St (8 Av Local) 23 St/Court Sq
  7. I can understand your point clearly about the being a . Thing is, the does not have a heavy rush hour schedule, well atleast not any more. They should atleast consider a 3T between 72 St and 125 St for the next phase. The reason I say this is because there will be tons of people. I know, it is supposed to ease the , but note the word ease. Just a suggestion.
  8. Whats next? from Bedford Park Boulevard to Jamaica Center via Concourse Express, CPW Express, 6 Av Express, Brighton Express, Sea Beach Express, 4 Av Express, Nassau Street Express because it can? Using R160s from who knows where because it would be cool to see R160s on the ? I worry deeply for this thread.
  9. They really need to consider making it a 3T, 4T, or even 6T line in the later phases between 72 St and 125 St. As for everything South, 4T, or 3T Skip-Stop or Bypass, or even leave it as the 2T that it is.
  10. For the millionth time, we do not know. How many times has that been said now? Please read before you post. We have to wait and see.
  11. 242 St to New Lots Av (Broadway/7 Av/EP Local) NOTE Trains run 7 Av Local between 96 St and Chambers St [sOUTHBOUND SELECT] Trains may turn at 14 St [sOUTHBOUND SELECT] Trains may turn at City Hall or Bowling Green
  12. I like the fact that we got an Associate Moderator. I hope it is a new start. But I really think that we did not center into the problem completely. I don't think just adding a new Moderator cuts as "Solving the Problem". First you need to find the problem, figure out all the causes, and then work from there. Putting another person at a high position is not always the quick way to solve a problem. Not that I hate the new Moderation addition but we did not get to the point.

And can we at least have some standard where a person has to post a message that makes sense or close to readable? I hate when people are 'text speaking' where it's 'r''u' and others with random usage of punctuation/run on sentences.

  14. The thing I love about the Nassau St Line is the fact that it offers a connection to every line in the system, with the exception of the and various trains. This is why I constantly say that it needs an extension into Brooklyn.
  15. You know what I f*cking hate? When members bash other members for no reason at all. NO REASON. They try to put up a decent thread, have a decent discussion, and then the a**hole comes in and ruins it all. This is exactly why I left. I came back and gave it a second chance. I thought that I would give the forums another chance, but I really am considering leaving again. Where the hell did the community go?

I agree Brighton. I'm not leaving, though; I hardly even consider myself a member of this community of railfans. I just like discussing trains with everyone because I'm interested in them.

Yes. I like to have a productive discussion. I hang around the IPS forums now a lot, they run an excellent community over there. It feels so open, so nice.

  16. Just joined the forums over at the InvisionPower, or IP site, and I have to say they have an amazing operation over there. I see many applications, and have many suggestions about what can be implemented at the site here.

Yea, there are a ton of developers on that forum. There are already plans to implement more things on here. Just stick around and stay tuned!

  17. I thought phones were not permitted. I guess not. Nice job anyways.
  18. NEXT Due to a power failure drill for transit workers on the NYC Subway at night, FASTRACK on the Lexington Av between Wall St and 125 St, and the 6 Av betweenBroadway Lafayette and 47/50 Sts must be done during the day.
  19. He is going to, he is finally back now. You just have to be patient and wait.
  20. The R143 was put on hold last year to finish the R142, and the R142 was put on hold last year for personal reasons.
  21. Kendell how you been brother I have not seen you in forever
