I don't think just adding a new Moderator cuts as "Solving the Problem". First you need to find the problem, figure out all the causes, and then work from there. Putting another person at a high position is not always the quick way to solve a problem. Not that I hate the new Moderation addition but we did not get to the point.

I was on the skiff with my dad and cousin today. A local fisherman in a much bigger boat was speeding down and my dad signalled to him to stop.
