Yes it is. It says the is local from 125th to Bowling green. It doesnt say anything about it being cut.. Next week yes, but not for the first weekend on october
DOB2RTO Posted September 21, 2009 Share #4 Posted September 21, 2009 I believe they will start doing work on 2 track from Borough Hall to Nevins. I think the train will run to Bowling Green, so the people wanting New Lots, can transfer at Fulton St. for the train........
NYtransit Posted September 21, 2009 Share #5 Posted September 21, 2009 can this mean they will add a R142 for extra service? or for any thing else possible?
LRG Posted September 21, 2009 Share #6 Posted September 21, 2009 How much extra service will you need at night? Trains run every 20 minutes. If anything, 18 the least. The will use its own cars if needed to.
R62A 1991 Posted September 21, 2009 Share #7 Posted September 21, 2009 How much extra service will you need at night? Trains run every 20 minutes. If anything, 18 the least. The will use its own cars if needed to. They'll just use an R62 that probably was on the mainline all day anyway. No need to change any signs either, so no incentive to use an R142 this time (if there was one in the first place).

Trainmaster5 Posted September 23, 2009 Share #9 Posted September 23, 2009 They have to get rid of all the federal money already in the pipeline so they can cry broke and get more. Actually ,the Sperry car was running around lately so maybe it found some problems that must be corrected.
