The majority of you in here are being so dramatic with the whole "heart attack waiting to happen" thing going on here. All food is to be eaten in moderation. The only way this food could hurt you is if YOU eat it everyday. Eating this sandwich on a sometimes or once in a while basis will not hurt you. It's all about what your daily routine is with how you eat and how much excersise you put in everyday. The key work in all of this is YOU.

Did anyone else see this link?

Some stuff looked good but most of it was atrocious, I made it to page 10 and had to stop because my heart started feeling awkward lol. I feel greasy for no reason now.

Irish egg rolls? I never knew such a thing existed. That sites has foods that should never have been created.

I am having chest pains just looking at that crap. Knowing KFC, the chicken breasts will be lukewarm and tough (due to the half-ass warmness), the cheese cold, and the bacon half ass cooked (not crispy).........

60% of our country is overweight, and now this. I admit to being a hypocrite (this country breeds us), as I went to Micky D's earlier, with cupons, and bought one Big Mac, got the other free, and got a free Iced Mocha also. Yes, I ate all of it too..........

If they put bread around the sandwich, then maybe it wouldn't look so fattening. Then also the bread can soak up the fried chicken, bacon, and cheese grease, while it waits to be digested in the stomach...........

Oh stop,I'd eat that KFC Double Down in a heartbeat. Unfortunately no matter how hard we try, none of us is going to live forever. Even if your diet is healthy just think of all the things in this world that can kill you. One of them is going to end it all for each and every one of us.

I guess since KFC could`t name the sandwich double by-pass,they had to choose "double down":p

They should have named it the "Double Paddle", for when they have to use the defibrillator paddles 2 times to revive you :P

Hey i'm the LAST person to get all up on the eat healthy bandwagon. I drink lots of sugary drinks, and fast food and pizza are a way of life when it comes to eating out.

But I'm not eating anything that looks like someone took a shit, hollowed it out, and then took a piss inside the hollowed out shit...
