LRG Posted June 12, 2010 Share #76 Posted June 12, 2010 I still see the (M2) to Bay Parkway during Rush Hours at DeKalb Avenue, do you think they will cover it or chop the sign off? They'll cover it for sure.
MattTrain Posted June 12, 2010 Share #77 Posted June 12, 2010 They'll cover it for sure. I'm assuming the (M2) signs will be covered by the signs, I bet they'll do the same thing with the .
Guest lance25 Posted June 12, 2010 Share #78 Posted June 12, 2010 In my opinion, they'll probably just cover it up. I wonder if they'll take down the (M2) bullet outside the Atlantic Avenue LIRR station or will they leave it like they did at Times Square. Grand Concourse Posted June 12, 2010 Share #79 Posted June 12, 2010 They'll probably take down the letter, but leave it 'blank'. As for TS, although there's the transfer to the , they really should have at least the main 3 Broadway lines with the . Even if it means to remove one of them [probably the ] to fit the . One of the entrances still has only the and that's it for Broadway.
NX Express Posted June 12, 2010 Share #80 Posted June 12, 2010 Did you mean 63rd Street because I don't think East 53rd Street would be able to handle the , , and the all at once Yes, I meant 63 St.
Urbanfortitude Posted June 12, 2010 Share #81 Posted June 12, 2010 They'll cover it for sure. That wont last long. I mean hell at Rector St on the bronx bound entrance the bullet that was covered up is completely exposed now.

Grand Concourse Posted June 12, 2010 Share #91 Posted June 12, 2010 Going by memory [2003], it has to be in that 'corridor' b/w the subway and Path entrances. Cuz the 6th Av subway station doesn't have a newstand on the platform or the mezzanine. The might, but the sign would not be pointing for the on the very platform. Guest Charles Posted June 16, 2010 Share #99 Posted June 16, 2010 Not sure if anyone's already mentioned this, but the new map (with the wider Manhattan, etc) is up already at Metropolitan Av. Manhattan just looks so disproportional on the new map...

Manhattan just looks so disproportional on the new map... Manhattan was always disproportional on a majority of subway map renderings...the entire city was TBH.
