R1Toasty 0 Posted June 5, 2008 Share #11 Posted June 5, 2008 I'm still learning, but I think it's an R68A. Can anyone confirm or deny? If it's on the it's either an R62 or R62A (they look the same, it's hard to tell for sure without looking a car numbers), R68 is B division. trainfan22 2,234 Posted June 5, 2008 Share #13 Posted June 5, 2008 The line uses mostly R62s with like one or two R62As. @metsfan nice videos!!
RTOMan 2,161 Posted June 5, 2008 Share #14 Posted June 5, 2008 Great vids! What kind of train is that on the ? Thats a R62 on the train.. With the once in a while R62A popping up since Livonia Barn still services them..
RTOMan 2,161 Posted June 5, 2008 Share #15 Posted June 5, 2008 Lol... I give up! There's too many different types. Thanks dude. Easy way to tell is the R62's have an Orange stripe right under the car numbers.. R62A's either have Red Stripe for the Line... Blue stripe or sometimes nothing at all for certain trains that run on the Line.. Then you have Purple stripe for the ones that run on the ,(7x) Line. metsfan 2 Posted June 9, 2008 Author Share #17 Posted June 9, 2008 Glad you're all enjoying my work. Not only do i get to learn about the subway by doing these videos, but i also get to build up a library of how to get around in my head so i can be really efficient when i start doing my tour service. Also, it's a lot of fun going all over the city for ~4 dollars. - Andy
