Herman Cain

Can someone please help good ol' Herm out ? He seems to be having a memory problem these last few days. He's playing in the big leagues now and didn't realize he has a target on his back? What's with the crooning anyway? He's become a bigger laugh than Kim and Kris.

there is no proof that Herman Cain ever did anything inappropriate to anyone, people who have worked with him have come out and said he is a great guy to work with. Meanwhile Bill Clinton actually did inappropriate stuff while in office and he is still considered a national hero to some here.

Not that I think Cain will win, but he isn't part of the 'GOP' crowd like Romney or Perry are. It's somewhat 'refreshing' to see someone outside of the estabilshment. It wouldn't surprise me the dirt was dug up by fellow GOP candidates or the 'architect' Rove.

2008, Romney should've gotten the nomination over McCain. I feel that Romney is what McCain was in 2008 - a guy that isn't going to threaten Obama = another 4 more years for Obama.

What, cheated on his wife? Who the hell cares?

I don't care if a prospective president is an STD ridden manwhore. If he's willing to stop pandering to the rich and fix this country, I will vote for him.

Being a politician is not a morality contest (especially when it comes to their sex lives)...it's about doing the right thing by the American people. The sooner the American people realize this, the better off they'll be. They can't keep voting for these tax cheats and panderers to lobbyists and the rich who go to church and have seemingly happy marriages.

As president, Clinton was "OK"

Cain is an idiot, incompetent, and would play right into the hands of the wealthy campaign donors that continue to dictate policy in this nation unchecked because no one will stand up to their bribery and treason. So will Romney, so will Perry, so will Bachmann, and so will Obama.

Sadly of all of them Romney will likely get the nod because he's the most well known

Because Wall Street is bankrolling him and he's a media darling since the media is all controlled by large corporations who stand to benefit from his "plan" (sarcasm) for economic recovery as well.

I think it's pretty known that neither Obama or the GOP winner [likely Romney] will make much of a difference. Someone is 'pulling the strings'. So yes, Romney will look like a 'right winger' compared to Obama, but still the same results [maybe less on social spending].

Cynic, yes, but as long as we are still on a 2-party system, the shell game will never end. It is a 2 card monte.

What's wrong with a sitting president who actually did something for the country getting a knob job in the Oval Office? People only care because America is uptight when it comes to sexuality, in other countries they thought we were nuts for going after him for that.

why is it okay for Clinton to be foolin around, but its a huge controversy if Herman Cain is accused of something similar that he never even did

No one ever said it was ok, but that should not have anything to do with someone's ability in office. It should not even be a factor, but it will be mentioned because both men are politicians. These people are human beings, not the Holy Grails people often make them out to be.

yea but you know the media is going to be all over this story until Cain drops in the poll numbers, right now hes number one in the primary polling. Once someone else gets on top, they'll dig up dirt on them too, though there's not much they can find on Romney that they didn't already figure out in 2008.

just out of curiosity SubwayGuy, who are you hoping will win next years Presidential elections?

Someone else entirely.

The cesspool that is in the running right now on the Republican side is going to be George W. Bush all over again.

Obama is going to be continue to be undecided and weak in the face of public scrutiny, caving in to the demands of the senators and his own idiot advisors who COME from wall street and do their bidding.

It's going to be a very bleak four years from 2013-16 at this rate.

Having some chick voluntarily blow you is different from sexually harassing some woman.... it's not hard concept to understand.

its still inappropriate behavior for someone of such a prestigious position, and plus there's no proof he actually harassed anyone, just a few anonymous people who could easily have just been made up.

So because Clinton, like any male, appreciates a good pole polishing that should disqualify him from office because it wasn't from his wife?

Who cares...at the time he was the president, not the pope. People's sex lives, provided they don't violate any laws, should have no bearing on their ability to retain or be elected to office.

There is no law that says it's illegal to cheat on your wife.

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Nothing there about not taking brain that is voluntarily given.

Nothing in the Constitution about that either, which is part of the oath.

So...in the words of Celebrity Deathmatch referee Mills Lane..."I'LL ALLOW IT!"

The issue wasn't just him getting blown by Monica...he lied about it under oath. That is a crime.

So if your the president, you can't get a hummer from an intern? How in the world does this relate to someone being accused of sexual harassment (if it happened or not it doesn't matter)? I'm not a Clinton fan, never was and never will be, but he did noting wrong. Any guy who gets caught in that situation would instinctively lie. Now if only Bush had some one servicing him, we might not be in the mess where in now.
