Yeah it looks like track work between Clifton & Tompkinsville. Perhaps Single Track between the 2 stations which slows down train traffic in both directions. Hmmm....I would have the northbound pass through first to meet the ferry its scheduled to connect with first instead of people having to drop back to the next one. They actually connect with the boat; hence SIR runs at maximium 9 minutes late while single tracking it. The ferry schedule is adjusted with SIR..
