How is it a dangerous lineup? The 46s can run on the Manhattan Bridge without any problems. Now if it was Essex St, then there would be problems.

 

As to how this happened, it's either human error or mechanical error.

trainguy97 might go crazy seein' his (A) to Brighton Beach hahahaha who knows wherever that NIS train is going. Maybe Coney Island Yard..

aejr88 might be right, it may have even run over the Brighton Express. WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the Train dropped everyone at W4th on the Southbound Exp track due to taking the wrong line up, then they were gonna turn it around at B'way Laffaytte (that switch north of B'way laffaytte) but that didn't work so they turned the train at atlantic ((N)/(D) platform) then went back uptown via the bridge and most likely started service at W4th again and went uptown
