If you want service from Astoria-Ridgewood, I think the Q18 would be a better candidate as it already gets close to that area already, and the current ridership on that route would benefit.

OK, I only have two proposals for the Bronx. One is obviously the Bx25 above, but I also wanted to reroute the Bx22 via Bronxdale Avenue for extra coverage. How well used is the Bx22 around the Unionport Oval? Maybe a branch system similar to the Bx4/Bx4A could be worked out.
The Belt doesn't allow buses. (Except for the small portion w/the B83)
The route also serves East Flatbush, and is nonstop along Linden Blvd and Kings Highway between Clarendon/Kings and Pennsylvania/Linen.
