I assume the tap to pay with a credit card or phone part of the scanners will still be enabled.
Its scanning the QR code on a bus that made zero sense because the driver visually verifying it was many times faster and just as good in terms of revenue collection.
Scanning only works in a proof-of-payment environment where people are either scanning before boarding or at multiple places inside the bus or rail vehicle.
With the current Fifa rules, 8+ added injury minutes per half is common, versus 2-3 minutes last time USA hosted. Throw in some SA rivalry and you should expect some games to see 10+ added.
Meadowlands is hosting some Copa America games this summer, which is a mini world cup. Kickoff as late as 9pm. If there are delays (ie medical pause) games wont be let out until 11:30pm.
Will be interesting to see if NJT takes fans to Secaucus and then theres no connection waiting for them.
There are a few hours of the day where the 62 desperately needs artics, or simply more runs.
It makes no sense that the 62 runs on a pretty even schedule when there are major shift changes at the airport.
Because NJT refuses to put maps or schismatics at stops and on buses, the questions will continue.
A casual rider has no real way of knowing if 20th Street is before or after Ivy Hill so having it as a destination doesnt help.
Some people ask stupid questions. But if a question is common, its a failure of signage.
Its been the weirdest rollout
Someone asked twitter if there was a video on how to use and NJT responded that they should call the phone number for help lol
Looks like route 40 (Jersey Gardens) got added Sunday service to replace the dropped Coach USA runs to the mall, but nothing added the other days to replace the lost evening service.
Go28 has been restored to 30 minute service for most parts of the day, was cut to 35/40 in the April schedule
